New APB-FR Clan Server Options

So, as my clan needed a server for our training, we rented one after failing to set my own one on my PC. It is now fully operationnal and has 23 maps on the rotation.

I warn you, french is allowed on this server and will probably take more importance in the bot messages. It is the only APB server where it is allowed to speak french anywat lol. You can still come and play, but this being a clan server, it will be reserved at training times.
